Dr Sheetal Desai is a Doctor of Physical therapist in New York. She was born and raised in India , and has been serving in the USA since the last 30 years. She aspired and achieved her goal to be an independent practice owner beginning in 2007 till this day. During her 30 years of Career in India and USA, she held several notable positions in hospitals, elder care facilities, provided early intervention to children of all ages, offered home care services and provided cumulative care for people of all ages. Dr Desai is sole owner of Dynamic Physical therapy & Rehab Services PC established in 2007 with two private offices in Glen Cove and one in Hicksville. Their goal is “Healing your pain…changing your life.”
Through her connections and the strong relationships she has built, with the help of the Consulate General of India, she has reached out and provided Covid 19 related health services to all her neighbours looking out for those most vulnerable. She continues to contribute to the community in all ways possible, through her skills as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of her own thriving practice.
Her message to young people; learn to love and respect yourself as well as others. God gives everybody something, but nobody is perfect, believe in yourself. There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, learning from our mistakes and never giving up.
