She is graduated in 1993 and is licensed in New York and California to practice Physical Therapy with Twenty years’ experience in Physical Therapy and health care field ,She us a valuable member of the health care team Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy Evaluates and re-evaluates patients referred by other healthcare professionals, planned for short- and long-term goals in accordance with the diagnosis, formulate and carried out treatment procedures to provide efficient quality care to patient and modified physical therapy treatment upon doctor’s direction. Responsible for evaluating patient’s level of function and developing an appropriate Physical Therapy treatment plan. Implements and coordinates patient care with other Agency personnel. Delegates appropriate patient care responsibilities to PTA and Home Health Aides and supervise their performance. Responsible for accurate, timely and proficient clinical and reimbursement documentation.
